I tried the 6 weeks challenge and I lost 22 lbs!The thing I appreciated the most is keeping me accountable through those 6 weeks. When I felt like giving up I had the motivation to push through. Thank you Gravity transformation! Thank you Max and Rad! You made the journey much easier!
The team is awesome and the nutrition plans help keep you on track. I love the flexibility of the classes and the encouragement from the members and the staff. I lost over 20 pounds in 6 weeks! I highly recommend this program.
Great experience. The workout programm (from home) is quite complete and we work on everything needed to improve strenght and cardio. I lost 9kg in 6 weeks, and most of it it because of the nutrition plan which is very efficient ! I learn how to cook and eat healthier !thx !
I just finished a six week challenge. I lost 20.8lbs and 4.1% body fat. My 1st work out I needed 4 modifications to do some of the exercises. The trainers are fabulous. In 6 weeks I learned to eat nutritious food that builds lean muscle and burns fat. And I can do almost all the exercises without modification or with 1 modification. If you want to be a healthier you I recommend trying this gym. Thank you Gravity Training Zone. And Thank you Scotty Sheridan Arbi Anonuevo, and Kimberly Gerhard for believing in me and always giving me that extra push.
The challenge was easy to follow and the trainers are quick to answer any questions. At the end of the 6 weeks I lost 21.3 lbs
This gym is absolutely awesome. Very motivating and friendly environment. I signed up for the 6 week challenge and with the assistance of the fantastic staff I reached my goal! I lost 11 lbs and 6.6% of body fat. The program and meal plan is easy to follow; the dynamic of this gym is unlike any others I have been to. I suggest this place to everyone who is looking to get toned, loose weight, and gain muscles. And I'm absolutely sure, you will love it!!!
I did the 6 week challenge. I lost 20.6 lbs and 5.4% body fat. It pushed me to stay motivated everyday and keep myself accountable. Everyone was very supportive. I loved the constant variety of workouts provided, as well as weekly mindset coaching. Overall great program. Would recommend to anyone looking for that extra push to reach their fitness goals.
I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to make a healthy change in their lifestyle! From the great facilities to supportive and encouraging staff it was a great 6 week challenge. I got the result I was looking for and had fun while doing it! I lost 23.8lbs and 7.6% body fat and feel great! They will definitely help you jumpstart to a healthier lifestyle.
This program is the real deal! No gimmicks. No secret agendas. No regrets. I lost 26 lbs in 6 weeks and I did it by following their very easy, well-designed and effective program of clean eating,exercising and accountability. We all know that's how it's done but their Accountability Facebook Page of members working toward the same goal, inspiring each other and holding each one of us accountable was the key factor for me. Without this element I would have felt alone in my journey and lost. Being able to ask online coaches and members questions about diet, exercise, etc at any time and get immediate answers was also very helpful. I only wish I would have known about this program years ago! I highly recommend The 6 Week Challenge.....hands down the best program I have tried!
Great experience. Life changing! I lost 23 pounds in 60 days, from 212 to 189. And even taught me how to follow up with the healthier lifestyle.
Some of the highlights of my experience were the versatility of the foods you can eat, normally when you are stuck with a diet its dull and boring but with the 6 week challenge I had foods that were on the plan that I could be creative with and I quote enjoyed that. Another thing which I loved was just how attentive the coaches were and they were there answering questions every step of the way. The workouts were also extremely good and enjoyable and some exercises I'd never even heard of. Overall it was a very positive experience, hard work does pay off. For a while I struggled with weight and always kinda just said to myself "oh ill leave it until a later date" and it built up over years to the point where I knew I had to change, and that is where gravity transformation helped me. I highly reccomend them to anyone if you are looking for a better physique and ALSO a better wellbeing in gereral. Overall I lost 5.4% of my body fat, when I started out I was at 13.6% just 6 weeks ago and now 8 have achieved my goal and I am now 8.1%. Almost 1% away from Cristiano Ronaldo so I'm pretty proud 😂.
I really enjoyed the 6 week program! I was finally able to shed the last "10 pounds", but more importantly the fat! I lost 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I cn see my abs for the first time in my life! The facebook group is great, everyone is supportive and it's a great community. I do not love the pushy sales at the onset, however, so fair warning on that.
The 6 week challenge was awesome!! I lost 23.5 lb and feel great!!! The staff at Gravity Training Zone is incredible!!! They are so knowledgeable, motivating and truly care about each individual person's success!!! (Shout out to John my personal fav) :) But all of them are awesome and push you to do your personal best!! The individualized meal plan is totally doable and you never feel hungry!! And within a few days your energy increases tremendously! The workouts are challenging, but get easier every time, as you get stronger!! I would HIGHLY recommend GTZ to anyone who wants to get in shape and feel great!! A
I LOVE Gravity Training Zone!!! I couldn't be more happier with the results from my six week challenge! I lost 16 lbs and 5.2% body fat. The challenge came by just at the right time too! I was planning on going on vacation and didn't fit in to any of my bathing suits..Determined to get in those swimsuits, I joined the challenge. I quickly realized, it was much more than just loosing weight. I learned how to eat better, exercise correctly, made wonderful friends and now look forward to working out rather than dreading it. The coaches are all fantastic! Really helped me out when I hurt my back and gave me the right modifications so I could still work out. Cheered me on when I needed that extra push and the online accountability coaches were super quick and helpful when I had a food question online. The support at Gravity is amazing! Great program. I lost a bit over 20 lbs from it. If you stick to the meal plan and do the prescribed workouts, you’ll see results. I highly encourage people to try it.
After taking classes at GTZ for 6 weeks, I lost 6.8 lbs and 7.5% body fat! I love the small classes, nutrition consultation and informed workouts. The diet plan was specifically designed for my body type and it really worked. The exercises are challenging without being ridiculous, and the instructors would tell me if I'm doing anything wrong and occasionally brought me heavier weights to lift. Many thanks to all the instructors, especially Kim, Mark and Jon. I'm also super grateful of the supportive GTZ community. It has been such a great experience and I highly recommend anyone to do this challenge.
