My background story starts off like a lot of yours…I was embarrassingly out of shape. I would wear my shirt in the swimming pool. I was never really obese or anything, but extremely unconfident and self-conscious. I was also the weakest guy at my high school gym.

Coupled with the lack of self-confidence, I was too embarrassed to lift at school pretty much my entire freshman year and hid my workouts. Then my cousin George and I decided that was enough.

We were going to figure this bodybuilding thing out and take control of our lives and our bodies.
