I crushed my goal :D!!! I lost 5.6% of fatt in 6 weeks. I consider the information provided is of very good quality, mainly the "mindset videos". Definitely the positivity of the group and stablishing a clear goal were the main points for achieving it. I just don´t choose an excellent review because the coaches can work on answering the questions on Facebook faster.; but appart from that I really need to thank everyone for this great transformation.
Yesterday was the last day of my 6 week challenge with GTZ. Thrilled to say that I lost a total of 18.8 lbs and 6.1% body fat! It’s been such an incredible journey seeing my transformation. Huge thanks to all of the coaches - the support and the classes here are incredible!
Courteous staff, clean gym area, good amount of space and equipment (even during busy hours). Members, challengers and trainers are motivating in a judgement-free zone. The goals and expectations are realistic and the process is simple and straight forward. I enjoy this group very much. I had a great coach for my nutrition and my workouts. I lost 17 lbs and 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I could not have been happier to have joined GTZ at Monroe. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I just completed the Gravity Transformation 6-week challenge. I beat the goal for the challenge and am really happy with my results. I lost 6% body fat in six weeks (close to 15lb. of body fat) and increased my lean muscle mass. The challenge was not easy and you have to put in the work, but Gravity Challenge provides a detailed road map that will guide you. It includes a weekly meal plan that is easy to follow and detailed workouts. If you follow the plan, you are guaranteed positive results!
Well my FBF&F and GTZ family...I did the damn thing!!! The 6 week Body Transformation Challenge was to lose 20 lbs...and I lost 25 lbs..OMG. I would like to thank all my yay sayers and supporters for all your encouragement, tips and love....thank you Jimmy and the whole GTZ Staff.....I had the greatest experience ever. I can even do planks, sit ups, push ups, and can even lift 75 pounds. This was the hardest and the most challenging challenge that I ever did. But I had so much fun and met some amazing people. I will miss all the Personal Trainers, Nutritional Coach and my Accountability Coach. I am stronger, leaner and happier today because of this challenge. I learned about body formation when exercising, great nutrition and overall fitness. I just want to inspired everyone to come out of your comfort zone to live a healthy lifestyle by eating whole foods and exercising regularly. This challenge has taught me that hard work equals success and that you can do anything when you put your mind to it. Now I will continue to eat clean and train dirty to maintain a healthy lifestyle....Now the real work begins...keeping it off!!!!
#Inspiration #Motivation Hi, I am 27 years old. After my undergraduate days, I started putting on weight regularly due to bad food habits, no exercise and recently I learned that I have a high cholesterol level. I had always read that light exercise every day is important for the body but never really got myself motivated to do the same. But the one thing that I didn't really fathom was that the food that we are taking plays a more important role in weight control and weight loss. Macros such as the amount of protein, carbs and fat play an important role in weight loss in addition to the regular exercise. I came to know about #GravityTransformation from a friend. So I joined the program and decided to follow the regime properly following the list of food that can be taken and the proportion in which it is to be taken along with the list of exercises to be done. I am posting this to show that losing weight is very much possible. I have started with around 208.4lb and 18.1% body fat and a low self-esteem. Sticking to the food list and 3 days a week of rigorous exercise, I lost 21 lb to reach 187.6 lb and 14.3% body fat. I have also been able to burn my body fat significantly. But seeing myself losing weight like this is indeed fascinating since I never believed it to be possible. So if any of you are facing the same situation, I would say that you too can lose weight with a conscious diet and a little motivation.Keep Grinding!!!
I took the 6 week challenge and lost 20.6 lbs. The whole experience was great. Every week I received new workouts and ideas on how to make the program work. The coaches were there to help with questions and giving positive reinforcement. Having a thyroid condition has made it difficult to lose weight and keep it off but I did it, I lost 20 lbs.
Its a great workout program. It really kicks your butt in a good way. The workout program is very good more than enough workouts so that you can tailor it to what you enjoy the most. Even some gym and home workouts. They have so many different meal plans so that it can pretty much fit anyone dietary needs. I really enjoyed the OMAD meal plan, and i plan on using it for the future. I lost 22 lbs and hoping on losing more it's such a great way to kick off your new healthy lifestyle festyle just stick to it and your lose your 20 lbs or 5% body fat. Thanks Gravity Transformation!

Awesome fat loss challenge. I lost ~5% Bf through this challenge. There are a variety of diet and exercise programs for everyone (vegan, keto, intermittent fasting, home workout, etc...). The team was really friendly and helpful as well. Definitely worth a shot.
Gravity training zone is a place and memories that I can hold onto for a lifetime! The group of extraordinary and inspirational people make it all worth it from the coaches and staff to the 6 week challenge participants and the members. If you are contemplating joining this challenge, I say do it but give it 100%. NO quitting, NO compromising. If you are serious about getting in shape this is the program for you. The work outs are sick, the food wisdom shared is mind blowing and the accountability is great. I lost a lot of fat and gained more muscle. Also, I like that they were sensitive to my lifestyle. As a busy mom of 2 under two I was busy and constantly on the go so I needed realistic foods that I can meal prep with.

I lost 20 pounds on the plan ! They were very helpful every step of the way, this plan really changed the way I look at food and my health for the better . Im closer to my goal and now i see it can be accomplished by what I learned on this plan . Highly recommend this !!!!!! They even give you at home workouts if you ask your coach for it .
It’s hard to believe that six weeks have passed. I had come in for a consultation to find out what GTZ was all about. I walked out. About a week later, I returned and make the biggest step and signed up for the six week challenge. After signing up, the information was overwhelming. Don’t stress. Take the time to print out and read all the information modules and develop a grocery list. You really can prepare 21 basic meals for the full week in 2-3 hours.I remember my very first class (Rapid Fat Loss). I was so out shape that I felt dizzy, was drenched in sweat, and wanted to puke. I recall thinking to myself…”What the hell did I just get myself into!?!” When I arrived home I was so exhausted that I took a 90 minute nap.Six weeks later, I am a different man. I went from 257.4lbs and 31.8% Body Fat to losing 21.8lbs and reducing my Body Fat by 4.7%. It didn’t just magically happen. The first week, I lost 7.6lbs. The other weeks, I saw less drastic numbers. Sometimes, I’d look at the scale and think, “What the hell am I doing wrong?” Don’t get discouraged, if you hold yourself accountable, follow the weekly meal plan and listen to the Coaches, you will see results. I’m so happy that I took the chance.I attended more than the minimum 18 classes and I couldn’t have achieved this on my own.
