Very good and helped me with hitting my goal! Recommended! I lost a total of 5.2% bodyfat.
I had a great experience with Gravity transformation. My goal was 20 lbs in 42 days, I lost 23lbs and 3% of BMI. The meal plan is easy to follow, and the coach is always willing to help. I highly recommend you this program if you want to drop some weight.
Gravity transformation couldn’t have come at a better time ! I was able to grasp new workouts as well as gain knowledge on how to do effective workouts in the comfort of my home. GT encouraged me to buy gym equipment and to increase my workout ethics, even outside of the gym! I learned not only how to eat cleaner but to enjoy it by making heather choices taste better! It was nice to have a support group to show others were going through a similar journey as myself! The videos were helpful as well as the extra documents that was per used! I had a great coach and overall I lost more weight than the 6 weeks challenge required so that motivated me to keep going! I highly recommend Gravity Teansformation!
Great program. I lost a bit over 20 lbs from it. If you stick to the meal plan and do the prescribed workouts, you’ll see results. I highly encourage people to try it.
I was introduced to this gym, Gravity Transformation by my colleague. At first, I thought to myself I don’t think this program is for me. I thought about it for a good month and then I said to myself, I need this challenge because the program makes sure you own yourself accountable. 20lbs in 6 weeks I was like well this one will be super difficult. When I started I weighed 236lbs. I destroyed the 20lbs. I lost a total 25lbs. Thanks to Gravity Transformation and Rad, for always checking in to make sure I’m doing great.Gravity Training Zone ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update (after 5 months or so): I started the 12 week muscle gain challenge on October. I was 164.9lbs on the first day. I participated the 6 week challenge before this program and I made it. I lost 20.2 pounds over 42 days. I wish I started my second challenge immediately after the first one, but It took me a month to start n I did my own workouts during this period which made me frustrated. I didn’t know what to eat and what exactly do in the gym cuz I didn’t want to lose weight anymore but build some muscle. If you want to get a serious transformation, consult with your private coach and choose your next plan soon. Otherwise, you may get confused and maybe annoyed with what you may do after your challenge ends. Now, the second challenge has successfully been done. I gained 17.6lbs which was absolutely fabulous for me. These guys are professional indeed. The 6 week challenge was a great experience. I had been trying to get rid of my stubborn fat for years, watching tons of videos to get ideas, searching online to find a solution. Well, got some success sometimes, but never was able to see my abs. Gravity Transformation gave me the chance though. I am not exaggerating at all. It worked. I lost the fat that I had gained in the past ten years in just 42 days. If you want a serious transformation in a short time, you will need to join and challenge yourself.
Loved the classes at Gravity training zone. You work hard, but still work at a level you're comfortable with. The rotation keeps you engaged and able to push yourself. I completed the 6 week challenge. I lost 13lbs. and 5.1% body fat!!! Great kick start to getting back in shape. The nutritional plan is relatively easy. The coaches and other “members” are great!!
I had great success with Gravity Transformation. I lost 27lbs and 12% body fat in those 6 weeks. Dedication through meal prepping and exercising brought me to finish line. So can you! Don't deviate from the plan if you want the best results.
I was able to lose 5% body fat from the 6 week challenge! I couldn't have done it without the great support from the coaches and from the online community! This challenge provided more than just losing the body fat, it gave me a new perspective and knowledge to be aware of what I am eating and the exercises I need to do in order to reach my goal! Nothing beats a healthy diet and hard work. I have been trying to lose weight for years and nothing really worked mostly because it never stuck. Gravity transformation really made it simple to understand healthy eating and exercises that are fun to do but also challenge you. Sticking to the plan and holding yourself accountable are some of the toughest things to do and this is what they are all about. Overall I lost almost 35lbs. The plan works, people! Eat healthy, workout hard and support each other.

If your looking for results and put in the work, this is for you! Everyone is so helpful and make the workouts enjoyable. After six week I lost 6.5% body fat! Workouts are always different and the trainers are always working with you to achieve your best!
